Initiate Your Request
Log into your Prism account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
